Immofinance, Belleview invest 45 mln euro in Sozopol resort

Immofinance, a Bulgarian residential and second home developer, and Belleview Property Management Monday announced the launch of a 45 mln euro resort development near Sozopol, on the Black Sea.

The Sozopolis vacation complex will be located on the Kolkita cape, 2 km south of Sozopol.

The development will accommodate 147 property units - 56 semi-detached and 21 single-family houses, shops, eateries, hotel and spa, on a footprint of 8.85 ha. The complex will have a built-up area of 34,000 sq m.

The single-family houses have an area of 365 sq m and a 500 sq m yard. The one- and two-room apartments range from 62 to 100 sq m while the three-room apartments range between 147 and 175 sq m.

Prices start from 2,000 euro/sq m without taxes.

Immofinance is a unit of investment fund Equest.
