Рубрика: Tourism Източник: DnevnikBefore the ban is once again enforced from May 1, 2008, Bulgaria's biggest sea resort, Sunny Beach, will get no less than 23 new hotels.
The pace will be equally hectic south of Burgas.
Developers broke ground last week for the Del Croco luxury villa community which will replace the Coral camping site in the northern part of coastal city Tsarevo. The 16.7 ha crocodile-shaped community will deliver 900 apartments.
The project is being developed by Vida Tour Invest, Buena Vista and Immoeast which said total investment will reach 90 mln euro.
A golf resort will spring up in the vicinity of the residential complex if the investors manage to find a suitable location with the assistance of the Tsarevo municipality. They are also looking for another 40 ha of land for the construction of a second golf resort further inland.
North of Burgas, the villages of Kamenar, Medovo and Alexandrovo, in the Pomorie area, will be developed as rural tourism destinations.

A prime example is the Kabakum Beach complex comprising six apartment buildings with a total of 200 home units.
Over 200 building permits have been issued in Varna since January, said the city's chief architect Ivan Trendafilov. However, no more than 10 of them were granted for developments in the adjacent resorts, he added.
The epicenter of the construction binge seems to be in the city of Biala. At least 2-3 building permits are issued on a weekly basis, said the city's architect Kristian Saraliev. No less than five villa compounds were unveiled in the municipality this part summer.
The area around the village of Shkorpilovtsi is also attracting a fair share of developers.
